Canon Collaborative is guided by Founder and Lead Guide, Christine Bizzell.
Christine is recognized by peers as an Expert Strength Guide, bringing deep knowledge of CliftonStrengths to leaders and teams. With degrees in psychology and business, she bridges human insight with systems thinking to create pathways where people and organizations thrive. She has published and presented at scientific conferences, where her work brings applied systems science into conversation with human development and organizational practice.
Christine’s work humanizes the sciences of flow, design, transformation, and awareness-based change—making them accessible, practical, and deeply human. She is passionate about helping leaders create cultures where trust, wellbeing, and interdependence become the natural flow of work.
Outside of her professional work, Christine finds inspiration in nature—on rivers, in forests, and in the rhythms of living systems that guide her philosophy.

Founder’s Note
I believe every human being is an innovator, creator, and artist. Time spent exploring unique strengths in Spark Sessions allows me to witness this brilliance again and again — and it remains one of my greatest joys.
As a systems scientist, I feel a responsibility to share our work in service of global and social systems innovation. Every individual has a unique perspective and gift to bring to the world, and it will take all of us radically trusting ourselves and each other to co-create a future that works for all.
Following wisdom from nature, we must be individually liberated, interdependently connected, and strategically coordinated. We have work to do — together.
