Our Organizational Grounding Journey brings a common language to connect, collaborate, and learn together — building trust, strengthening relationships, and opening up dynamic ways of working together.

Journey Roadmap

Step 1 - Individual Grounding Journeys

Every leader and team member will complete an individual Grounding Journey, which includes access to CliftonStrengths34, video lessons to learn about our nature-inspired approach, and robust and personalized tools to integrate the concepts into workflow and collaboration.

All individual Grounding Journeys are conducted online.

Step 2 - Team Grounding & Connection

All team members gather together in a two-hour session to connect and learn more about the natural strength available in your Team Strength Ecosystem. This tool serves as a map to access, explore, and navigate team strength — with the goal of liberating unique insights and forming supportive relationships.

This session can be conducted online or in-person.

Step 3 - Pathways Ahead

To conclude your Grounding Journey, you will receive a brief summary and overview of your Team Strength Ecosystem. This summary identifies collective strength for the purpose of identifying cultural priorities, leveraging outliers, and pinpointing tension within operations. You will also receive recommendations for ongoing team coaching in Strength Cultivation Sessions.
