Spark Sessions within the Grounding Journey
Every Grounding Journey includes 3+ Spark Sessions — one-hour, 1:1 conversations designed to explore your CliftonStrengths and the conditions that activate them. In these sessions, you’ll:
Recognize what fuels your unique genius
Apply your strengths with greater clarity and self-trust
Discover how your strengths interact as a living system
Spark Sessions are fully confidential. They provide personalized guidance alongside the lessons, giving you space to ground your learning in your own lived experience.
How It Works
Create Your Login – when you enroll, you’ll set up an account that gives you access to all course materials.
Begin with Your Spark Session – start with a 1:1 exploration of your strengths after our introductory videos.
Move Through the Lessons – follow along with eight self-guided sessions at your own pace.
Add Sessions as You Go – choose additional Spark or Observatory sessions whenever they serve your growth.

Module I: Introduction
Complete your CliftonStrengths assessment and learn the foundations of our nature-inspired approach. You’ll begin connecting strengths to conditions for thriving, and engage in your first Spark Session to ground the journey in your lived experience.Module II: Individual Strength
Explore your unique subset of strengths as one living system. Identify fuel and resistance, and develop strategies to sustain your power and impact. A Spark Session deepens your ability to design for flow in your own work and life.Module III: Team Strength
Learn how your strengths thrive in partnership and collaboration. Experience the wonder of symbiosis as you begin to map your Team Strength Ecosystem. Another Spark Session helps you recognize openings for trust and collaboration in real time.Module IV: Sustain Strength
Integrate practices to evolve your strengths over time. You’ll gain tools for Power & Fuel checks, learn strategies for resilience, and connect with the Strength Observatory for ongoing coaching and renewal.
