Program Structure
Step 1: Leadership in Flow — An Introduction to a New Way of Leading
The Leadership in Flow pathway is designed for flexibility. Our weekly Introductory Session is the required first step into the pathway. Together we’ll explore the science of flow, the role of strengths in leadership, and what it means to lead in alignment with nature.
It’s offered freely as an open invitation—a chance to experience a new way of leading before stepping into the core modules.
Step 2: Core Modules
Each of the four core modules can stand alone and be completed in any order, giving leaders the freedom to focus where they need it most. Together, they form a comprehensive foundation in strengths-based, systems-informed leadership. Completion of all four modules is a prerequisite for advancing to the Capstone Integration Masterclass.

Step 3: Integration Masterclass — Designing Your Strengths-Driven Leadership Blueprint
Completion of all four modules unlocks access to the Integration Masterclass. This advanced capstone is where leaders gain advanced CliftonStrengths knowledge and receive a master tool to guide strengths-driven leadership inside their organizations.
In this culminating session, you’ll integrate the insights from the core modules into a personalized leadership blueprint—equipping you to sustain impact, foster trust, and lead with flow at scale.
